Shipton Spire very near to Trango Valley most challenging rock wall in the Karakoram range.High and steep ledges are found here. This peak is situated in the restricted area and below 6000m, you  no need to pay for peak permit, just pay trekking fee and try your luck.

ITINERARY

DAY-01-ISLAMABAD: 

Arrival at Benazir International Aiport and Transfer to Hotel

Overnight in Hotel.

DAY-02-CHILAS: 

Briefing at Alpine Club of Pakistan Islamabad.Departure for Chilas via Silk Rout, sight seeing all along the rout with the company of Indus river the longest river of Pakistan It flows from Tibet northwest across the Indian-controlled portion of Jammu and Kashmir, passing between the western extremity of the Himalayas and the northern extremity of the Hindu Kush mountain range; it then courses generally south through Pakistan to the Arabian Sea. DAY-03-CHILAS / SKARDU

Drive to Skardu

Overnight at Hotel.

DAY-04-SKARDU: 

Final arrangements of the Expedition.

Overnight at hotel.

DAY-05-ASKOLE: 

Drive to Askole. The last inhabitance on our way to the Great Mountains, highest in the region.

Overnight in tents.

Day 06 Askole to Jhola

A full day trek to Jhola,

overnight in tents.

Day 07 Jhola to Paiyu

Full day trek to Paiyu. From this camp we have the first views of the impressive Baltoro Glacier.

Overnight in tents

Day 08  Paiyu to Shipton Spire Base Camp

Resume trek towards Shipton Spire BC with the company of great glacier and high mountains on earth.

Overnight in Tents.

Day 09-30 Climbing

Climbing start towards Summit. Length of Climbing period depends on weather, fitness, and experience of the climber.

Day 31 Shipton Spire BC to Paiyu     

Trek back to Paiyu.

Overnight in Tents.

Day 32 Paiyu to  Jhola

Trek to Jhola.

Overnight in Tents.

Day 33 Jhola to   Askole

Trek to Askole. Overnight camp.

Day 34 Askole to Skardu

Embark jeeps for a full day ride on a winding jeep trail to Skardu. Upon arrival transfer to hotel. Overnight in Hotel

Day 35 Islamabad to Chilas

Morning flight to Islamabad, if unable to fly same day drive to Chilas Overnight in hotel.

Day 36 Islamabad

Upon arrival transfer to your hotel in Rawalpindi/Islamabad. Evening sightseeing.

Day 37 De-briefing

De-briefing at Alpine Club of Pakistan Islamabad. Transfer to Airport for your onward destination
